Rental Period: Saturday through Saturday. Shorter periods, based on availability, during the off-season.
Most cottages are 3 or 4 bedrooms that include pillows/blankets/bedspreads. Kitchens are complete with utensils, electric coffee pots, and microwaves. Most cottages have screened-in porches and fireplaces. There is cable available in all the cottages. What to bring: bed linens, bath/kitchen towels (linens and towles may be rented at the store, if you are traveling a great distance), umbrellas, rafts, beach towels, and suntan lotion. Pets are allowed. However, we do ask that you keep dogs on a leash, use "pooper scoopers", and make sure your dog is not a nuisance to the neighbors while you are away.
Boat launch areas are within a few miles of the beach for those who bring their own boats.
In the spring of 2008, three tennis courts were replaced with two new courts. Additional parking will be available this summer in that area.
If you bring a grill, please do not use it on the porches and keep it clear of the cottages. Phil's Grills at the end of West End Dr. rents gas grills and TV's with VCR's. They will deliver and pick up. Their phone number is (860) 434-6120.
We have a small convenience store with staples, gifts, beachwear and kayaks for rent. Children meet here for organized activities from Monday thru Friday. A movie is shown on the beach once a week.
One laundromat is located within two miles of the beach. There is a Super A&P in Old Lyme. The area has several fine restaurants within a short drive.
We kindly ask that you leave your cottage neat, clean and ready for the next tenants.
